An integrated shelf bra provides ample support for A-C sup sizes. I wore this mountain biking (even on a 5-hour ride) and felt the support was excellent. One note: Pearl Izumi says this top can be machine washed and tossed in the dryer but I would highly recommend hanging this tank to dry—it will last longer, look nicer, and the lightweight fabric dries very quickly.
