I’m a sucker for a big, haul-it-all bag. Frankly, the bigger the better. If I could get away with toting around my carry-on suitcase, I probably would.

But, I have excuses for my excess. I’m a mom of a four-year-old who requires a cache of supplies—snacks, water bottles, hand wipes, coloring books, extra socks, you name it. Made in San Francisco, the Timbuk2 Tartine Tote also has a waterproof TPU liner. I wondered whether its soft, 28-inch shoulder straps would prove flimsy (and stay in place). But, they’ve valiantly held up to the test of time and have not once slipped off my shoulder, no matter how massive the internal load.
